| Indian Bank celebrates Women’s Week |
Indian Bank is celebrating Women’s Week through all its branches across the country from 2nd March to 8th March 2007. Health awareness camps, medical checkup camps in specialised areas including urogynaecology, blood donation camps, dental and eye care camps are also being held as part of the week long celebrations.
The Bank’s Microsate Branch in Chennai is conducting an exhibition cum sale of products by Self Help Groups. Art competitions for children, planting of saplings are also being organised. The Bank would be launching a special scheme for women, enabling them to be self-reliant.
The Bank would be holding a function to conclude the celebrations on 8th March 2007 at IMAGE auditorium, Chennai.
