Touch screen kiosk inauguration by Smt Usha Thorat, Dy Governor, Reserve
Bank of India at our T Nagar Branch, Chennai on 9 July 2008

Governor, Reserve Bank of India , Smt.Usha Thorat inaugurated the
Touch Screen Kiosk (Bank’s information portal) at Indian Bank’s
T.Nagar branch. The Kiosk provides a host of information on the
Bank’s products and services, customer service initiatives
as well as general information at the touch of the screen. The customer
can also offer suggestions/feed back/ compliments/ complaints through
the Kiosk.
